Shipping policy
Orders, including wholesale orders, are generally processed within 24-72 hours after receiving them from Greensboro, North Carolina.
All order confirmations will be emailed to the purchaser, and once the order has been processed by our team, an additional email with tracking details will be sent.
Shipping costs are calculated on the weight, size and location for delivery, and we always offer the lowest available discounted rate by our local carrier, generally USPS, to give you the cheapest and most secure delivery service.
We cannot guarantee shipping times.

Standard - USA Orders
Standard - International Orders
- Within the US, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on discounted rates supplied to us by our local carriers, typically USPS.
- Delivery times do varying but typically 2-5 business days after processing. Alaska and Hawaii, may experience longer transit times.
- Outside of the US, standard shipping is based on discounted rates supplied to us by international carriers.
- All customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving the order will be the sole responsibility of the customers.
- Delivery times do varying, however, 10-14 days is typical for most locations. For more remote areas and certain regions, expect up to 21+ days.
Free Shipping ($40+ Qualifying Orders)
USA Orders
- Free standard shipping when orders exceed the $40 minimum order value. Except Alaska and Hawaii.
International Orders
- Free shipping is unavailable.
