CANCEL ORDER

Orders may be cancelled if a request is received before the items ship.

Any items that have already shipped will need to be processed as a return.

RETURNS 

We offer a full refund on all unused/ unopened items within 30 days of receipt.

All returns will be refunded to original method of payment or for store credit. Please note, processing times vary according to your bank but will be processed from our side within 24hrs once we receive the items back. 

International returns, the customer will be responsible for the return fees.

EXCHANGES

Not so happy with the item you ordered and want to exchange it?

We will happily arrange an exchange on any unopened/ unused item, simply contact our customer service team through our contact page, or alternatively, email us at sales@bibtique.com

Received a damaged or defective item?
